Polishing a dashboard

Hi there!

Yesterday I found out that there was a stain on my dashboard. I am putting the picture here, but the stain can't be seen due too much reflex, I guess. It's as if someone rubbed a sandpaper on it.

I wonder if there's anything I can do to fix it, or if the panel gotta be changed.

You can take a really fine car polish and see if you can polish it out.
Something like THIS is pretty good. But be careful and don't polish it all out at once. Ploish it out little by little.

What do you think of it?

Me & my girlfriend is about to put in an order for a new 500 1,4 & we consider to go for Xenon.

I can be wrong about xenon on your car, but based on the shape of the headlamp in one of your pics in the garage it looked to be xenon!
