It has been too long since I have posted but now I have great news !!!!

After just over a year of maybe the A5oo is coming, then never, then on again, then off again, oh its been delayed ....the A5oo has finally arrived in Australia.

Just one issue for me.....it is only being imported in the EsseEsse and in red, white or black and only with cloth interior - of course what I want is the Campovolo Gery with red leather and not SS (I am planning to spend the cost difference in other ways )

After an initial "Sorry Mate, Italy has said no special orders" I was called today by the importer to be told - "sure, we can do it"

So am spending tonight speccing it so I can put down a deposit ASAP

Doubly happy as the same call also confirmed my special order Giulietta QV (special for Australia) is do-able

The only down side - 6 months wait

All in all, well and truly happy

I now will have many many questions while I wait ...those will come later
