New special japanese edition: Arancia

There is a new edition in Japan called "arancia" (orange in english). It's an special new colour with engine 1.2 automatic, chrome mirrors and start&stop system.
It costs 2.050.000 yens, around 18.836 €.
I was wondering what has happened with the fog lamps.¿¿?? In Spain only POP version hasn't got fog lamps. Lounge and Sport have them.
